Memorial Day
Memorial Day is dedicated to the memory of all U.S. Armed forces who have died while serving their country. Memorial Day was originally known as Decoration Day. It is celebrated every last Monday of May, and has been a federal holiday since 1967.
THE VISITATION OF THE BLESSED VIRGIN MARY
The Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary is a feast day (May 31) and biblical event where pregnant Mary visits her cousin Elizabeth, who is pregnant with John the Baptist. Elizabeth exclaims, "Blessed are you among women," prompting Mary to sing the Magnificat, a hymn of praise. It highlights faith, humility, and joy
