Our Lady of the Lake Knights of Columbus Council 12270 and Assembly 2972 meet on the 4th Monday of the month. The Assembly meets at 6:00pm followed by the Council meeting at 7;00pm.

Worthy Brothers: I wanted to remind everyone of the opportunity to become a Fourth Degree Knight coming up on August 29 in an online exemplification to be hosted by District Master Gerald Schmuck of the Mississippi District.  To date, Alabama has not had a very good response to this opportunity with only one candidate having submitted a Form 4 to date.  We have had a good intake of new members for the new fraternal year and the last several months of the previous year so I know there are several candidates who have just not been asked to join our ranks in the Fourth Degree. With the coronavirus hanging with us like a rusty fish hook I urge everyone to look around for candidates and recruit them for this virtual exemplification. Details are included in the attached file.  I ask that you pass the file to anyone showing interest so that they are informed on what to expect and how to sign up. Knights Mass is in remembrance of our deceased brother Knights.  This occurs when a month has 5 Sundays. We meet in the Hall by 8:15 am on Sunday.  Mass starts at 8:30am.
